Winter’s Here
And it looks a lot like the Fall I was looking for. Although I think I’m more fond of winter than fall since it tends to be more overcast and dreary looking, it’s cold and the trees have lost all their leaves. Can’t wait until tomorrow or the next day when we get The Dark Knight at Hollywood, we got the approval to go ahead and buy a copy now instead of waiting until the ninth when it officially comes out. Don’t know how they swung that, but I don’t care as long as I get the copy I reserved. I’ve been studying a lot lately, trying to cram a lot of information I’ve never used before into my head, this one’s trickier than the A+ test. From what I understand, the Security+ is a mix of A+ and Network+ so I’m taking that one next to get my basic certifications out of the way. Then on to the more specialized certifications. Hoepfully by this time next year I’ll have all if not most of those certifications. Jessica’s thinking about looking at a place to teach down in Ft. Worth, which would be nice to go back there. I like that town a LOT more than Lubbock. There’s just something about this town that gets to me that I don’t get from anywhere else. I’d rather live in Amarillo than Lubbock. In fact, I’d love to live in Amarillo now that I’m thinking about it. That was the first town I lived in when my family moved to Texas and I have some fond memories there. Of course, when I leave this town and go somewhere else, I’m going to have fond memories of this stupid town too. Lukcily, the fondest memory I have would be meeting the woman who became my wife here, but I’ll be taking her with me, so it’ll be like taking that fond memory with me when I leave so I won’t miss it as much. Anyway, I’m going to go back to studying. PIECE!!!!!
